Terms of use
Basic terms for using CopyPilot.
This page gives the core rules for using the platform. You can expand or replace this with your final legal language later.
Service
CopyPilot is a hosted software service that lets subscribers configure and run managed copy trading bots. Access is subscription-based and may be changed or suspended if accounts are abused or payments fail.
No financial advice
CopyPilot provides automation tools only. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Users are responsible for their own trading decisions, wallet activity, and risk settings.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials, wallet addresses, and settings you submit. You must keep your account secure and notify support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Subscriptions and billing
Each purchased bot is billed as its own subscription unless stated otherwise. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and payment methods are handled through Stripe and related customer billing tools.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party outages, exchange issues, or network conditions may affect execution and reporting.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate laws, interfere with platform operations, abuse shared infrastructure, or attempt to access accounts or bot instances that do not belong to you.
